5. Account Termination
The DigiSparrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to ImmiPRO without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that ImmiPRO will be available at all times. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external system dependencies.
9. Modifications to Service or Terms
The DigiSparrow reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically, and any continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ImmiPRO integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp and Meta services is subject to their respective terms and policies. The DigiSparrow is not responsible for any actions taken by Meta or its affiliated services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
